In the 18 days protest and slogan shouting with a series of demands the major section of Karnataka Cinema Workers Association headed by Ashok, Ravindranath and others kept away from the scene. The Rajesh Brahmavar team that broke the unity and harmony in the cinema workers association supported the striking producers.

It is agreed that the producers demand are in favor of the Kannada cinema industry but the majority of cinema workers headed by Ashok not taken in to confidence was debated once the Rajesh Brahmavar team supported the striking producers.

As Rajesh Brahmavar section of cinema workers have given in writing that they are not for wage hike for two years keeping the mouths shut of Karnataka Cinema Workers Federation of Ashok the situation of producers facing problem is capitalized by Rajesh Brahmavar.

When some of the Cinema workers federation members were contacted they kept silence. We have not been told to take part in any of such strike came the obvious reply.

Divide and rule policy of Rajesh Brahmavar section of cinema workers continues. This is not good for the overall development of Kannada cinema industry.

The wage pact committee as demanded by Ashok of Cinema Workers Federation headed by V Ravichandran and Dr Shivarajakumar is also kept in abeyance.
